		<description>{<![CDATA[Background: Growing consumer desire for multipurpose hybrid formulations that combine quantifiable skin health benefits with aesthetic enhancement is reflected in the changing dermocosmetic environment. A developing category of skin-adaptive colored solutions that enhance hydration and barrier integrity while offering coverage is made up of biofunctional chemicals like hyaluronic acid, retinol, niacinamide, caffeine, and betaine.Objective: To assess HYEGLO Skin Adaptive Tint's esthetic performance, skin adaptability, hydration-related advantages, and dermatological tolerability both right away and after four weeks of daily use.Methods: One hundred participants used the product once a day under typical usage conditions during the four weeks of this open-label consumer usability trial. Structured Likert-scale questionnaires were used to measure consumer perception for both short-term and long-term factors. Throughout the research, adverse events and dermatological compatibility were tracked. Descriptive analysis was performed on the data, and the results were presented as percentage agreement (mean  SD).Results: Every participant finished the trial, producing 100% evaluable data. High agreement was found in the immediate assessments for natural appearance (93%  1.19), lightweight breathable feel (96%  1.43), desired coverage (91%  1.37), and blending into a second-skin finish (94%  1.23). The subjects reported improvements in the following areas after 4 weeks: brightness/refreshed look (89%  1.61), hydration on bare skin (86%  1.39), complexion tone uniformity (90%  1.58), and perceived skin texture (88%  1.73). Excellent tolerance was confirmed by dermatological surveillance, with only 3% mild, fleeting symptoms and no severe side effects.Conclusion: HYEGLO Skin Adaptive Tint effectively combines dermatological compatibility with cosmetic performance, providing both immediate aesthetic benefits and gradual improvements in texture, moisture, and brightness. The results validate its place in the growing class of skin-adaptive, biofunctional hybrid dermocosmetics.]]>}</description>

		<description>{<![CDATA[The creation and thorough effectiveness assessment of a multipurpose lip oil stain containing hyaluronic acid (2%), vitamin C (1.5%), Australian lemon peel oil (0.4%), menthol, and an SPF 15 UV protection system are reported in this study. The formulation was created to offer hydration, antioxidant protection, sensory appeal, pigment enhancement, and photoprotection all in one hybrid cosmetic system because of the anatomical vulnerability of the lips. After evaluating the product's rheological qualities, physicochemical stability, and in vitro SPF and MPF, 100 healthy volunteers were evaluated for dermatological safety and in vivo clinical efficacy. The formulation showed good stability under stress, positive sensory qualities, and broad-spectrum photoprotection with an in vitro SPF of 15.2  1.1. Significant improvements in lip hydration, surface smoothness, brightness, and tone uniformity were found after clinical examination. Non-irritating behavior was confirmed by a 48-hour closed patch test (PII = 0.00). Overall, the findings validate the formulation as a lip oil stain that is safe, effective, and scientifically proven to have both functional and cosmetic advantages.]]>}</description>

		<description>{<![CDATA[Chikungunya is a re-emerging arboviral disease caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), a member of the genus Alphavirus in the family Gaviidae. Originally isolated in Tanzania in 1952, CHIKV has become a major global health threat due to its increasing geographic spread and significant impact on public health, particularly in economically weak countries. The virus is primarily transmitted to humans through the bites of infected Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes, both of which are highly adaptive vectors prevalent in urban and peri-urban environments. The disease manifests acutely with high fever, severe polyarthralgia, rash, headache, myalgia, and fatigue. While most infections are self-limiting, a substantial proportion of patients experience persistent joint pain that may last for months or even years, especially among the elderly and individuals with pre-existing health conditions. The etiology of Chikungunya involves a complex interplay between viral genetics, vector ecology, host immune response, and environmental determinants. CHIKV exists in three main genotypesWest African, East/Central/South African (ECSA), and Asianeach associated with distinct epidemiological patterns. The ECSA genotype, in particular, has exhibited mutations such as E1-A226V that enhance viral fitness and expand vector competence, notably in Aedes albopictus, facilitating outbreaks in temperate and tropical regions alike. These genetic adaptations, combined with rapid urbanization, poor vector control infrastructure, climate change, and increased global mobility, have led to the expansion of Chikungunya into non-endemic areas, including parts of Europe and the Americas. socioeconomic factors, including inadequate housing, limited access to healthcare, poor sanitation, and lack of public awareness, exacerbate the vulnerability of low-income populations to CHIKV infection. Additionally, comorbidities such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, immunosuppression, and malnutrition increase the risk of severe and chronic outcomes.  ]]>}</description>
